WHERE IS STOP 345 LOCATED?
Stop 345 is located at 345 Madison Ave. "In the Heart of Memphis” at the Edge of Downtown. From I-240 Take Madison Avenue West. When you cross over Danny Thomas Blvd. we will be immediately to your left.
WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF STOP 345?
Stop 345 is the "perfect fit" for just about any event. Our unique floor plan features over 6,000 square feet, and we can accommodate over 300 for a full sit-down dinner, over 500 for cocktail parties, and 700+ for standing-room only events or concerts. However, even small events have a great feel because of the
unique architecture of our building.
WHAT ABOUT CATERING?
Stop 345 has no exclusive catering arrangements, so you can do-it-yourself, use your own caterer, or hire servers and security from us. WHAT ABOUT STAFFING? Stop 345 has a cheerful and friendly staff to meet all your needs. Bartenders and Servers are $20 per hour. Door Security is also available for $20 per hour
(uniformed or plainclothes).
DOES STOP 345 HAVE A KITCHEN?
We've got a full commercial grade kitchen which includes flat top grill, char-griller, ovens, vent hood, warmers, ice machine, microwave, cooler, freezer, food prep table. WHAT’S THE SKINNY ON THE BAR? We've got a full-service event room bar, as well as an additional full service bar in the adjoining restaurant. Behind the bar we've got everything you need to allow (2) bartenders to run full-tilt-boogie, keg cooler, ice bin, 3-compartment sink, hand sink, and (2) drink stations.
WHAT IS INLCUDED WITH THE RENTAL OF STOP 345?
You get the venue for four (4) hours – 9-1; 10-2; 11-3 etc.; You get two (2) free hours of set up time (for decorations, food/catering, music set up); You CANNOT bring in any beverages. All beverages (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic) must be purchased from STOP 345; There are tables and chairs at this location for 150 seated. Tables need to be covered if used. There are additional charges for security and bartenders. This fee is based on the number of people attending your event and is listed below under rates.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL AND STAFFING RATES?
Base Rental Fees $1,000 on Fridays and Saturdays plus staffing $700 Sunday thru Thursday plus staffing Bartenders and Barbacks - $20 an hour (four hour min. for all events – plus 30 min pre and post event for set up and clean up) For every 60 people – a bartender/barback required Security - $20 an hour (four hour min. for all events – plus 30 min pre and post event) For every 100 people – one (1) security guard required Front Room Only for no more than 75 people $1,000 and includes one (1) bartender and (1) security person for up to a four (4) event. This also include a free two (2) hour set up time.
